So here's how to get Friendship Bracelet! :
1) Go to Coffee Shop.
2)Then,go up stairs..(Book Room)
3) Then you will see Tales& Stories book.
4) Click on it! 
5) Click on "Rockhopper and the stowaway" book!
6) At the end of book, you will see Friendship Bracelet!7) Click on it!
8) Now pick it up;)
